1. What this place is

Kinky Zone is an adult social playform: posts (gasms), profiles, follows, lists, bookmarks, communities, direct messages, search, and related tools. Adult content is meant to stay behind a login. The public face of the site is kept relatively clean; members see what you choose to share, subject to privacy settings and these Terms.

We may add, change, or remove features. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Kinky Zone. By signing up you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are old enough under the laws where you live to view and share adult sexual content;
• the date of birth you give is accurate;
• you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

We collect a date of birth at signup to enforce a minimum age. We may suspend or delete accounts that appear to belong to minors or that used a false date of birth. If you believe a minor has an account, report it.

3. Your account

You need an account for most of the Service. You are responsible for your password, sessions, and anything done while signed in. Keep credentials private. Enable two-factor authentication if you want an extra lock.

You may sign in with email and password, or with a connected OAuth provider where we offer it. Invites, when required or used, are personal: do not sell them or use them to dump spam accounts onto the Service.

You can change your handle, within limits. Deleted or released handles may be held so they are not immediately reused. Unverified accounts may be purged after a short period.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that break these Terms, that look automated or abusive, or that we reasonably believe put people or the Service at risk.

4. Hard lines

Stay inside these lines or we will act — hide content, restrict features, ban accounts, and report to authorities when we must:

• 18+ only. No accounts, depictions, or roleplay of anyone under 18. No “barely legal” framing that is actually underage. No content involving anyone who cannot consent.
• Consent. Do not post, threaten, or share sexual content of a real person without their consent. That includes revenge porn, hidden-camera material, and doxxing tied to someone’s sex life.
• No violence as the point. Do not post real-world violent crime, gore-as-entertainment, or content that praises harming people. Fantasy among consenting adults is not an excuse for real threats or illegal violent material.
• Illegal content. Do not use the Service to traffic drugs, weapons, fraud, or other crimes. Do not upload malware or try to break into accounts or our systems.
• Spam and impersonation. No bulk unsolicited messages, fake engagement rings, or pretending to be someone else in a way that would reasonably confuse people.

Kink, filth, tenderness, and rough play among adults who can consent is welcome. Using the Service to harm people is not.

5. What you post

You keep the rights in content you create. You grant Kinky Zone a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to run the Service — including previews, transcodes, thumbnails, and (where a page is meant to be shareable) limited public metadata.

You represent that you have the right to post what you post: your words, your photos and video, and any people who appear in them have agreed. Media limits apply (for example a small number of files per post, size and type restrictions). Do not upload other people’s copyrighted work as if it were yours.

Posts may include an optional place label and, if you choose, approximate coordinates. Those are public to people who can see the post. Do not tag a location that outs someone else or that you are not willing to have associated with the post.

You can edit or delete your own posts. Soft-deleted posts can be undone for a short moment, then remain recoverable until they are purged (typically after 30 days). Replies, likes, and community context may remain visible as stubs or counts after a parent post is gone.

Private accounts, reply privacy, lists, and community membership change who sees what. They are not a promise of secrecy against a determined attacker, a court order, or a person you already showed the content to.

6. Other people

Follows, follow requests, blocks, mutes, reports, and community tools exist so you can shape your space. Use them. Do not harass, stalk, or brigade people. Direct messages are for conversation, not for dumping unwanted sexual content on someone who asked you to stop.

Communities have their own pages and membership. Origin of a post in a community may be shown on that post elsewhere (for example on a profile timeline). Moderators and operators may remove posts or members that break these Terms or a community’s stated rules.

7. Premium, payments, and the API

Some features (for example extra likes, developer API access) may require Premium. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (currently Stripe where configured). Taxes, refunds, and chargebacks follow the processor’s rules and any checkout copy we show you at the time.

Premium granted by an administrator can also be revoked. Mock or complimentary Premium is not a paid contract.

If you use the developer API, you must keep app passwords secret, stay inside rate limits, and not use the API to scrape people who did not consent to being archived off-site. We may throttle or revoke API access.

8. Moderation, reports, and appeals

We are a small adult space, not a court. We moderate with human judgment. We may remove content or restrict accounts without a debate. If you were banned or restricted, you can submit an appeal at /appeal. We do not have to take you back.

Reporting abuse helps. False or weaponised reports can themselves be abuse.

9. Our rights in the Service

The Service — software, design, trademarks, and documentation — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy the product, scrape it at scale, or wrap it as your own app except through APIs we publish and you are allowed to use.

Feedback you send us can be used to improve the Service without paying you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Adult content can be intense, triggering, or not to your taste. You choose what to open. We are not responsible for other members’ posts, messages, or conduct. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to what the law requires.

11. Ending the relationship

You can deactivate or delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your public presence as described in the Privacy Policy; some records (for example backups, legal holds, or content other people still hold copies of) may remain for a time. We may delete unused, unverified, or abusive accounts.

Sections that should survive — including licences already used to operate the Service, disclaimers, and limits of liability — survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. If you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account.
